Ermenegildo Zegna Group in Sydney Westfield seeks a Style Advisor to transform a guest’s store visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience. As Brand Ambassador, you engage guests in discovering our heritage and create an atmosphere of passion and enthusiasm for the Zegna collections.

Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager, you will maximize sales through retail operational excellence and support the store’s visual and image standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide memorable luxury in-store guest service experience following the Zegna Selling Flow.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset in developing the business.
• Consistently network to attract new guests and build a guest database.
• Consult with guests to discover needs by exploring preferences and occasions.
• Anticipate expressed and unexpressed needs and exceed guest expectations.
• Create opportunities for guests to experience multiple Zegna brands and total looks.
• Utilize company tools to offer a complete luxury experience.
• Leverage Zegna Stories to support the selling ceremony.
• Collate guest data per Zegna CVM procedures and guidelines.
• Cultivate future guest connections with CVM after-sales activities.
• Use CVM software for after-sales communication.
• Take ownership of resolving guest issues with empathy.
• Drive onsite audits of store inventories.
• Develop knowledge of Zegna products and craftsmanship for guest benefits.
• Communicate store information within the team to meet needs.
• Mentor new staff as learning buddy when assigned.
• Measure performance using Zegna customer service and sales KPIs.
• Adhere to store operations and time/attendance policies.
