Job summary

Acne Studios in Sydney's Westfield store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to inspire the team and deliver an exceptional luxury client experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations and nurture loyal customer relationships.

You will coach staff in luxury sales, monitor KPIs, analyse performance, recruit and train, and help implement sales strategies. Fluent English with Mandarin preferred, strong communication and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership experience in Luxury fashion.
• Experience analysing retail KPIs and building strategy plans.
• Strong CRM and clienteling knowledge.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Mandarin preferred.
