Job summary

Tiffany & Co in Perth is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our store team and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will manage and develop staff, nurture client relationships, and organise client events to grow the portfolio. This role requires strong leadership, reliability, and the flexibility to work varied hours in a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years supervisory or management experience.
• Sales experience in retail or related customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience organizing events is a plus.
• Strong leadership, integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Willingness to adapt to various store roles and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support staff to meet and/or exceed sales plans with a strong focus on client development.
• Build relationships with internal and external clients and nurture the client portfolio.
• Host and organize events for clients to drive engagement and sales.
• Become an expert on product and sales training modules for the team.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new starters and manage key-holder responsibilities (opening/closing).
