Job summary

LOEWE is seeking an experienced full-time Store Manager for our Chatswood Chase boutique in Australia. Reporting to the Retail Manager ANZ, you will lead the store team, recruit, onboard, coach, train, and manage performance while ensuring brand standards and exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive CRM, clienteling, and inventory/merchandising excellence to meet sales targets, optimize operations, and maintain high-value client relationships in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent through communication.
• Expertise in cultivating high-value client relationships and clienteling strategies.
• Operational excellence spanning inventory control, visual merchandising, and store administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to the store team, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Oversee housekeeping, inventory control, visual merchandising and operational compliance.
• Drive CRM through effective management of the customer database and clienteling initiatives.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive higher conversion and sales targets.
• Ensure effective two-way communication to keep the team engaged and aligned with brand standards.
