Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in luxury retail, a proven leadership track record and digital proficiency, with strong English communication to engage customers, teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a multicultural retail environment.
• Experience in luxury, fashion/cosmetics/lifestyle brands.
• Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Digital proficiency.
