Job summary

The Crown Spa within Crown Towers Perth invites an experienced Assistant Spa Manager to support daily operations and lead a high-performing team in delivering personalised luxury service. You will partner with the Spa Manager to ensure guest experiences meet Crown’s brand standards while driving revenue, overseeing labour, inventory, and safety protocols.

Ideally you bring proven leadership in a 5-star spa, strong people management, conflict resolution, and a track record of mentoring staff,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a 5-star luxury spa or similar environment.
• Proven people management and leadership skills.
• Experience driving revenue, managing costs and financial metrics.
• Excellent guest service and personalised experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with spa/hotel systems (Book4Time, Opera, Micros) and MS Office.
• Relevant qualifications in beauty, massage, health or spa management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across therapists, hosts and attendants.
• Deliver personalised luxury service, manage VIP interactions, and resolve guest feedback effectively.
• Drive revenue growth across treatments and retail through upselling and team engagement.
• Manage labour, rosters, inventory and costs to optimise operational and financial performance.
• Uphold compliance with health and safety standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risk.
• Support training, marketing initiatives and maintain Crown’s service, brand and safety standards.
