Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking a proven Spa Leader to support the Spa Manager in delivering exceptional luxury experiences at Crown Spa. You will coach a high‑performing team of therapists, hosts and attendants, drive revenue through treatments and retail, and ensure flawless guest service aligned with Crown’s standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a 5‑star luxury spa or similar environment.
• Strong people management and delegation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and manage costs.
• Exceptional guest service and attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications in beauty, massage, health or spa management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day spa operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team across therapists, hosts and attendants.
• Deliver personalized luxury service, manage VIP interactions, and resolve guest feedback effectively.
• Drive revenue growth across treatments and retail through upselling and team engagement.
• Manage labour, rosters, inventory and costs to optimise operational and financial performance.
• Uphold compliance with health and safety standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risk.
• Support training, marketing initiatives and maintain Crown’s service, brand and safety standards.
