Qualifications

POS operation experience; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS) and walkie-talkie use.
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background with social media savvy; live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and drive repeats.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain high energy on the floor and manage multiple customers.
