Oroton is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for the Double Bay Store in Sydney. You will lead from the front, energising your team through peak trade and elevating every touchpoint of the in-store journey to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume store.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Passion for customer experience and clienteling.
• Natural eye for styling and love of luxury products.
• Confidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a large team to become Oroton brand ambassadors while fostering a strong, positive store culture.
• Drive performance in a high-volume environment, exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee all store operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance.
• Ensure seamless stock flow from back-of-house to shopfloor.
• Partner with VM to execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional setups.
• Collaborate with regional & national leaders to tailor strategies that drive store performance and long-term growth.
