Job summary
Oroton Group invites an experienced Concession Manager to join our Myer Sydney store, leading the team with confidence and delivering a premium client experience in a luxury retail setting. Reporting to the Multi-Site Manager, you’ll drive sales, oversee operations, and partner with senior leaders to implement store-specific strategies, with a Tuesday–Saturday roster.
Ideally you have concession experience, a passion for styling and clienteling, and a proven track record of achieving targets in
Qualifications
- Experience in a concession environment, preferably in premium retail.
- Proven ability to lead a retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong clienteling skills and a passion for styling and premium service.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors.
- Drive performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs within a concession environment.
- Oversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance.
- Execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional initiatives.
- Partner with regional, state and national leaders to implement store-specific strategies.
