Job summary

Oroton is seeking an experienced Concession Manager for our Myer Bondi store, leading two pads with autonomy and a focus on premium client experience. You will drive performance, coach your team, and deliver a polished Oroton service in a premium retail environment.

Permanent full-time role with a Tuesday–Saturday roster, reporting to the Dual-Site Manager, and collaboration with regional and national leaders to execute store strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a concession environment (David Jones or Myer desirable).
• Proven experience leading a retail team in a premium or high-volume environment.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Advanced clienteling skills and a passion for customer experience.
• Recruitment, coaching and performance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors.
• Drive performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs within a concession environment.
• Oversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance.
• Execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional initiatives.
• Partner with regional, state and national leaders to implement store-specific strategies.
