Job summary

TalentWeb is partnering with an established Sydney builder specialising in high-end residential construction, with a strong reputation for delivering boutique apartment developments. A new circa $20m luxury residential development in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs welcomes an experienced Contract Administrator to the team.

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team, you will manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, variations, cost reporting and commercial

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the Australian construction industry.
• Proven experience working on Class 2 residential developments, ideally within the luxury or boutique apartment sector.
• Background working with an established head contractor or high-end residential builder in Australia.
• Strong commercial understanding across subcontractor procurement, progress claims, variations, cost forecasting and contract administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain strong financial control.
• A confident communicator who builds positive relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement, genuine accountability and a willingness to take ownership.
