The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to lead overnight operations across the Front Office and hotel. You will represent the property overnight, address guest and operational concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities include late arrivals, early departures, audit reconciliation with Finance, safety compliance, coaching the night team, and driving KPI targets while upholding Marriott brand standards.

Competenze

• Front Office management experience in a 5-star hotel
• Experience with Opera Property Management System or similar
• Strong problem-solving and quick-thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication with guest focus
• Ability to give constructive feedback to support and strengthen team performance
• Full driving license (automatic and manual)
• Valid RSA and First Aid certification
• Full working rights in Australia
• Prior luxury hotel experience preferred

• Manage and oversee all aspects of night operations across the Front Office and broader hotel
• Represent property management overnight, addressing guest and operational concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Handle critical overnight tasks including late-night arrivals, early departures, and daily audit reconciliation with Finance
• Monitor staff performance, ensure policy compliance, uphold service quality per brand standards
• Proactively resolve guest complaints and drive lasting positive resolutions
• Develop strategies to drive performance, motivate the team, and meet KPI targets
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and safety protocols for a secure, efficient environment
• Monitor chargebacks, rebates, and discrepancies to minimize financial loss and enforce cash-handling procedures
• Collaborate with leadership to implement corrective actions that support profitability and service excellence
