Job summary

Paspaley is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee inventory management, DC operations and international logistics, ensuring secure, accurate and timely delivery of luxury pearls.

You will lead the logistics team, manage stock movements and replenishment to boutiques, coordinate import/export with brokers, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics, supply chain or distribution operations.
• Proven experience leading and developing operational teams.
• Strong inventory management and governance expertise.
• Experience with international freight, import/export and customs compliance.
• Excellent planning and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and distribution centre operations.
• Lead logistics operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Manage international import/export activities and customs compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in service, productivity and quality.
• Provide logistics insights and monthly forecasts to leadership.
