Job summary

Paspaley Pearls, the iconic Australian luxury brand, is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee inventory, distribution centre operations and international logistics for our high-value pearls. You will ensure secure, accurate and timely delivery across boutiques and channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics, supply chain or distribution operations.
• Proven experience leading and developing operational teams.
• Strong inventory management and governance expertise.
• Experience managing international freight, import/export activities and customs compliance.
• Ability to build relationships with freight providers and key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and communication capabilities.
• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all logistics operations from receiving to dispatch.
• Ensure timely replenishment to boutiques and locations.
• Manage workload and resources across the logistics team.
• Maintain procedures for accuracy, efficiency and cost control.
• Drive continuous improvement to service, productivity and quality.
• Oversee import/export activities, customs clearance and documentation.
• Provide logistics insights and monthly forecasts to leadership.
• Manage logistics expenditure within budget.
