You will support multiple F&B outlets and help maintain clean, efficient kitchens in a busy five‑star environment. Applicants must have unrestricted work rights in Australia (sponsorship not offered).

Qualifications

• Must have valid unrestricted work rights in Australia; sponsorship not available.
• Experience as a kitchenhand/stewarding in multiple F&B outlets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions and procedures.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Able to lift up to 30 kg safely.
• Maintain smart appearance and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchens, cooking equipment, cutlery/crockery and storage areas clean and well-stocked.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and food handling rules.
• Use kitchen cleaning equipment such as dishwashers, chemicals and trolleys safely.
• Work as a team and communicate clearly.
• Plan and organise daily tasks for best productivity.
• Help with food prep when needed and maintain equipment.
• Support F&B and other departments when needed.
• Report hazards and support eco-friendly practices.
