Pandora Australia is seeking an organised, pro-active Assistant Store Manager to lead in-store operations and drive sales. You will report to the Store Manager and support a high-performing team to deliver world-class Pandora service.

You will gain hands-on experience in stock control, store procedures, and staff rosters while developing product knowledge on our handcrafted luxury jewelry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
• Experience leading, coaching and motivating in-store teams.
• Strong customer service focus and brand ambassador mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and commercial success of the store.
• Support, coach and motivate in-store team to meet targets and deliver Pandora service.
• Oversee stock control, store procedures, scheduling, and sales performance tracking.
• Ensure smooth running of store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain a strong retail floor presence and nurture product knowledge among staff.
