Pandora is seeking an organised, proactive Assistant Store Manager to lead the day-to-day store operations in Warrnambool. You will report to the store manager and support the team to achieve commercial success, while delivering Pandora’s renowned in-store experience.

Ideal candidates will have proven retail leadership, a passion for customer service, and the ability to coach a high-performing team. Prior experience with leading brands and a strong visual presence are assets for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and achieving store targets.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage stock, store procedures and floor presence.
