Pandora, the world’s largest jewellery brand, is seeking a Store Manager in Perth. You will immerse yourself in our brand, culture and product range, delivering exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor while leading your team.

You’ll coach an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants, drive sales, and collaborate with HR to manage performance. This hands-on role shapes the store’s success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build, develop and retain high-performing teams.
• Passionate about delivering results and creating exceptional customer experiences.
