Job summary

Pandora is seeking a proactive Assistant Store Manager in Australia to lead daily store operations and drive performance. You will report to the Store Manager and support a high-performing team to deliver world-class Pandora service.

You will coach staff, manage stock, rosters, and store procedures, and step in as acting manager when needed. A focus on personalized customer experiences and brand standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach and motivate in-store team to meet targets and provide excellent service.
• Retail operations focus: stock control, store procedures, organize teams around the store to optimise sales, manage store security, rosters and track the team’s sales performance.
• Responsible for the successful running and trading of the store in the absence of the store manager.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, manage team presence and influence the selling space.
• Train thoroughly in Pandora products to become a product expert and support staff development.
