Job summary

Pandora in Perth is seeking a Store Manager who will be the brand ambassador on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving results. You will lead a team, coach an Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants, and partner with leadership to ensure store performance.

You will spend time on the shop floor, manage day-to-day operations, and foster a culture of care and service that aligns with Pandora's values and growth goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive store culture where the team represents the brand.
• Drive a high-performance sales environment that exceeds customer expectations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team, building capability and accountability.
• Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to manage performance and people matters.
• Oversee store operations, ensuring excellence in visual merchandising, processes, and customer experience.
