Job summary

Pandora is seeking an organised and proactive Assistant Store Manager for our Warringah Mall store in Sydney. You will support the Store Manager, drive store performance, and lead a high-performing team to deliver world-class service.

You will focus on daily operations, develop the team, and ensure the commercial success of the store while representing Pandora’s brand values and luxury product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
• Passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service.
• Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high performing team.
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
• Well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and retail.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach and motivate the in-store team to achieve the store’s targets, and set the example in Pandora customer service.
• Focus on store operations: stock control, store procedures, organising teams to optimise sales, managing store security, team rotas and tracking sales performance.
• Run the store in the absence of the store manager and ensure trading standards.
• Maintain strong floor presence and influence the sales space to maximise opportunities.
• Undergo training to become a Pandora product expert and develop the store team.
