About The Role

We are seeking a passionate, experienced and customer-focused Full-Time Client Advisor 5 days a week to join our Sydney boutique at Westfield Sydney.

You will play an important role in bringing the Chow Tai Fook experience to life, ensuring every client interaction reflects our brand heritage, artistry and exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide an outstanding customer experience, creating an exceptional shopping experience.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, including features and styling options, to effectively assist customers.

Assist in achieving sales targets by engaging with customers and recommending suitable products

Manage inventory level through conducting inventory counts and maintaining clear inventory records.

Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, with visual displays that reflect the brand’s image and current promotions.

Be available to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience, preferably within jewellery, luxury retail or a premium customer service environment.

Passion for luxury products, jewellery and fashion, with a strong sense of style.

Presentable, confident and professional, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer-focused with a genuine interest in building relationships with clients.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Multilingual skills are highly desirable to support our diverse clientele.
