Mulpha's The Lane Retreat in Pokolbin, NSW, seeks an experienced housekeeping leader to head daily operations of luxury studios and public spaces, guiding the team to uphold The Lane Retreat's refined, personalised standards and delivering guest-ready spaces.

This full-time role requires weekend and night shifts as part of a seven-day roster, and demands strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations and room presentation.
• Ability to manage checklists and established processes.
• Strong customer-service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily housekeeping operations to luxury standards.
• Supervise routine and deep-cleaning, including beds, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable, personalised experiences.
• Complete room inspections and ensure accommodation is immaculate and ready.
• Coach team in presentation, cleaning standards and shift procedures.
• Work efficiently both independently and with the team to meet priorities.
• Promote teamwork and exceptional service through clear communication.
