Sofitel Adelaide is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role focuses on coordinating front and back-of-house activities, maintaining standards, and mentoring a diverse team across shifts.

The candidate will manage resources, collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance, and uphold luxury service. A passion for hospitality and people development is essential for success in this premium property.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury
• Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor large teams of diverse individuals
• Prior experience working with Opera or a similar Property Management System and/ hub OS
• Excellent time-management, problem solving and organisational skills

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee daily departmental operations, ensuring adherence to service standards with a focus on friendly and engaging interactions.
• Conduct regular inspections of front and back-of-house areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• As needed, assist with cleaning guest rooms and public areas.
• Safeguard and manage cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effective linen use.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready, addressing guest concerns promptly to create memorable experiences.
