You will inspect front- and back-of-house areas, assist with room and public-area cleaning when needed, and manage materials to maintain cost efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring luxury experience, strong leadership, a flexible roster, and proficiency with Opera PMS, along with excellent time-management and organisational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor large teams.
• Flexible roster availability is required.
• Experience using Opera PMS or similar property management systems.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily departmental operations, ensuring service standards and guest interactions are welcoming and engaging.
• Conduct regular inspections of front- and back-of-house areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public areas when needed.
• Safeguard and manage cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effective use of linen.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest concerns are addressed promptly.
