Sofitel Adelaide is seeking a capable Leader to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring exquisite service and spotless environments that delight guests. You will supervise front and back-of-house areas, support cleaning of guest rooms, and optimize linen usage while coordinating with Front Office and Maintenance for timely room readiness.

Ideal candidates will have luxury hospitality experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Opera or similar PMS.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a similar luxury role is preferred.
• Flexible roster to meet departmental needs.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor large diverse teams.
• Experience with Opera or similar Property Management System and hub OS.
• Strong time-management, problem solving and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee daily departmental operations, ensuring adherence to service standards with a focus on friendly and engaging interactions.
• Regularly inspect front and back-of-house areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready and address guest concerns to create memorable experiences.
