Sofitel Sydney Wentworth invites a seasoned housekeeping leader to join our luxury hotel in the heart of Sydney. You will organize daily room allocations, lead briefings, inspect rooms, and coordinate with Front Office to ensure guests arrive to pristine spaces.

You will mentor staff, handle guest requests, maintain stock, and uphold our signature French-inspired hospitality. This role requires rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and a commitment to maintaining the highest

Formación

• Supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Strong organisational and workload management skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and develop staff.
• Attention to detail and presenting rooms to high standards.
• Clear, professional guest and interdepartmental communication.
• Proactive problem solver focusing on guest requests.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Organise daily room allocations and cleaning schedules.
• Lead team briefings and support room attendants.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness.
• Coordinate with Front Office on room priorities and releases.
• Follow up on cleaning and maintenance issues.
• Keep linen, supplies and equipment stocked and organized.
• Respond to guest requests and manage lost property.
• Support Executive Housekeeper with team feedback and priorities.
