Job summary

Sofitel Adelaide, part of the Accor family, seeks a high-impact Executive Assistant Manager to lead the day-to-day hotel operations across Rooms and Food & Beverage. The role blends luxury mindset with strong commercial acumen to translate brand promise into exceptional experiences and sustainable performance.

You will lead from the floor, empower leaders and Heartists, and drive excellence, guest satisfaction and business results in a dynamic luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Proven senior operational leadership experience within a luxury or premium hotel environment.
• Extensive Food & Beverage leadership across multiple outlets.
• Luxury mindset with passion for creating memorable guest experiences through personalisation.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen driving revenue, profitability and KPIs.
• Visible, engaging leadership empowering and developing leaders and Heartists.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Commitment to operational excellence, safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences across Rooms and Food & Beverage.
• Lead from the floor; stay connected to guests, Heartists, and operations to raise standards.
• Empower leaders and Heartists with clear accountability and development opportunities.
• Drive revenue, profitability and operational KPIs while maintaining brand and service standards.
• Foster a culture of passion, pride, excellence, empowerment, proximity, trust and transparency.
