Sofitel Adelaide invites an Executive Assistant Manager to join our luxury hotel leadership team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations across Rooms and Food & Beverage, translating our French luxury promise into exceptional guest experiences and sustainable business performance.

You will lead with a luxury mindset, driving guest satisfaction, service culture and financial performance while mentoring leaders and Heartists®.

Qualifications

• Proven senior operational leadership experience within a luxury or premium hotel environment.
• Extensive Food & Beverage leadership experience, including oversight of multiple outlets, elevating concepts, service, quality, profitability and overall F&B performance.
• A genuine luxury mindset and passion for creating memorable guest experiences through personalisation, attention to detail and heartfelt service.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated experience driving revenue, profitability, productivity and operational KPIs while maintaining exceptional brand and service standards.
• Visible, engaging and hands-on leadership style, with the ability to inspire, empower and develop leaders and Heartists®, creating clear accountability while enabling people to perform at their best.
• The ability to build trusted and meaningful relationships across teams and stakeholders, communicating with transparency and creating genuine collaboration across the hotel.
• A progressive and curious mindset, with the confidence to challenge established ways of working, embrace new ideas and identify opportunities to improve both guest experience and business performance.
• A strong commitment to operational excellence, safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with a highly visible operational presence, remaining connected to our guests, our Heartists® and the rhythm of a dynamic luxury hotel.
