Job summary

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking a commercially driven Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team. This role involves coordinating administrative systems, handling invoices and payments, and organizing site visits and events to showcase our luxury offerings.

You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team, gaining exposure to corporate meetings, events, and client relationships within a renowned five-star setting.

Qualifications

• Hotel or sales experience preferred, but attitude and potential matter most.
• Experience with Delphi, Opera Cloud or other hotel/CRM systems is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties.
• Manage invoices, PO's, vendor and client payments. Responsible for monthly cost tracking.
• Coordinate site visits, accommodation, event spaces, VIP arrival checks and client entertainment.
• End-to-end booking and planning of internal events.
• Serve as a principal source of information for the team.
• Prepare and maintain your department’s records.
