The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hobart, part of Marriott International, seeks a Director of Operations to lead luxury hotel operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary and Engineering, reporting to the General Manager.

You will shape guest and associate experiences, driving commercial performance, associate engagement and owner satisfaction, while delivering world-class luxury hospitality and Genuine Anticipatory Service.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience within a luxury hotel environment.
• Advanced knowledge of all areas of Food & Beverage operations with a focus on excellence.
• Track record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
