Job summary

The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hobart, part of Marriott International, seeks a Director of Operations to lead luxury hotel operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary and Engineering, reporting to the General Manager.

You will shape guest and associate experiences, driving commercial performance, associate engagement and owner satisfaction, while delivering world-class luxury hospitality and Genuine Anticipatory Service.

The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity exists for a visionary hospitality leader to join us as Director of Operations.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape every aspect of the guest and associate experience, leading operational excellence across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary and Engineering. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering world-class luxury hospitality while driving commercial performance, associate engagement and owner satisfaction.
