Job summary

Elysium Manly, a premier luxury hotel, is seeking a Marketing Executive to elevate revenue and strengthen the hotel profile through traditional media, digital marketing, and partnerships.

You will craft captivating campaigns, manage the brand’s online presence, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This on-site role offers growth within a luxury hospitality team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with luxury brands in a related role.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proven experience in social media management and content scheduling.
• Experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or digital marketing is advantageous.
• Ability to work well within a team and manage time effectively.
• Valid Australian Working Rights / Visa is essential.

Responsibilities

• Launch vibrant marketing campaigns to position the hotel as a luxury destination.
• Create engaging storytelling to invite guests to indulge and enjoy.
• Coordinate content with corporate office to ensure consistency with brand standards.
• Oversee online presence across websites, social media, and email channels.
• Develop promotional strategies for F&B experiences and seasonal menus.
• Lead design and production of marketing materials to meet luxury standards.
• Support Conferences & Events with proposals and marketing content.
