Job summary

Elysium Manly is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to lead luxury hotel sales across leisure, corporate and MICE channels in Sydney's iconic Manly precinct. You will guide the Sales team, craft strategic plans and drive revenue growth while upholding exceptional service standards.

The role requires 4+ years in a senior leadership capacity within luxury hotels, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a proactive, independent approach in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a senior leadership role within luxury hotels with a Hospitality degree or related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills for high-end clientele.
• Commercially driven, proactive and capable of independent work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and business development across leisure, corporate and MICE segments.
• Mentor Sales team, set targets and support achievement of KPIs.
• Collaborate with Revenue to forecast, plan budgets and maximize profitability.
• Represent the brand at events, trade shows and industry networking opportunities.
• Maintain client records and drive cross-selling of accommodations, events and experiences.
