W Hotels Brisbane is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the senior operations team, driving strategic oversight of Rooms, Engineering, Housekeeping, Beverage & Food and Spa. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving commercial performance and talent engagement.

You will partner with discipline leaders to elevate service, optimize revenue, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture in line with Marriott International standards.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of Rooms, Beverage & Food and hotel operations.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, profitability & operational performance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills.
