Job summary

This full-time role reports to the Executive Housekeeper and drives standards across the housekeeping team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high standard of guest comfort.

You will supervise rosters, monitor attendance, and motivate the team to deliver service beyond expectations, while collaborating with other departments and ensuring WHS

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Supervisory role in housekeeping operations in the hotel industry
• Strong leadership skills and a natural flair in motivating others
• A passion for developing your team skills in all aspects of onboarding and training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with our guest service focus
• Your attention to detail is second to none
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work and make decisions under pressure
• The ability to work across a full time schedule

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures including daily checklists are actioned
• Monitor rosters, attendance and productivity of the team
• Empower individuals to ensure good practices are developed and maintained
• Drive Rooms guest satisfaction by empowering our teams to provide service beyond our guests expectations
• Deliver hands-on supervisory leadership across your areas
• Compliance with WHS processes and procedures
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition of services
• Assist in on-the-job department and staff training
• Promote the company health and well-being processes and procedures
