Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Sydney area is essential.
• Friendliness and an outgoing personality are required.
• Valid driver’s license; manual transmission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify arrival/departure details and arrange luggage handling and transportation for guests.
• Direct guests and visitors to hotel facilities and escort them to rooms, explaining in-house services.
• Transport guest luggage to/from rooms and log vehicle details for security.
• Assist guests with luggage storage, ensuring proper handling and safety.
• Direct traffic in the hotel driveway and stay familiar with hotel products, services, and policies.
