Job summary

Four Seasons Sydney is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to lead the Concierge Desk and deliver personalized guest experiences at the heart of the Rocks district. You will mentor the Concierge team, oversee daily operations, and ensure expert local recommendations and seamless travel arrangements for guests.

The role requires supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, outstanding communication, and a proactive, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

Experience in Concierge, Guest Services, or luxury hospitality roles.
Supervisory experience is advantageous.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the Concierge Desk to ensure exceptional service.
Coach and support the Concierge team for personalised guest experiences.
Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transport, local attractions, and special requests.
Build relationships with local businesses to enhance guest offerings.
Resolve guest inquiries promptly while maintaining high satisfaction.
Collaborate with Front Desk and other departments for a seamless guest journey.
Monitor standards and identify opportunities to improve guest experiences.
Support training and development for the team.
