Ferrari Logistics Australia in Sydney is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be the primary contact for clients, coordinating high-value cargo handling, updates, and issue resolution in a secure environment.

You will work with operations, transport and warehouse teams to ensure shipments meet security and compliance standards, prepare documentation, and maintain strong client relationships.

Formación

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in logistics or secure cargo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client focus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with docs and sensitive information.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-security setting.
• MS Office proficiency and logistics systems experience (CRM/ERP).
• High integrity, discretion and professionalism with high-value shipments.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first contact for clients, managing inquiries and bookings.
• Coordinate with operations, transport and warehouse to meet security and compliance.
• Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates to clients.
• Prepare and review shipment documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage data and archiving of original documents for imports/exports.
• Coordinate with overseas offices on inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and onboard new accounts.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, escalating when needed.
• Maintain records of interactions, transactions and feedback.
• Support strict security and confidentiality measures for high-value cargo.
