Qualifications

• Experience in medical, cosmetic, or high-end service environments.
• Polished, professional communications and presentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end patient journey from enquiry to aftercare.
• Lead reception operations and clinic flow with precision and care.
• Deliver a warm, refined front-of-house experience.
• Support practice staff with pre-procedure care.
• Perform clinical photography in line with clinic standards.
• Conduct patient follow-up to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain an impeccable clinic environment and cleanliness.
• Manage bookings, billing and patient records with accuracy and discretion.
