Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking a guest-focused Receptionist to deliver exceptional service in Club Millésime. You will warmly welcome guests, reflect luxury standards, and help create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include managing arrivals/departures and lounge access, while collaborating with hotel departments to ensure a flawless guest journey. RSA and English fluency are required, with weekend/holiday flexibility.

Formación

• Experience in luxury hotel, hospitality, guest service or front office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest experiences.
• Professional presentation and a warm, welcoming personality.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve concerns with discretion.
• Proficiency with hotel software; Opera experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA; English fluency.
