Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Fragrance & Beauty Boutique Manager to lead the Chadstone Fragrance and Beauty Boutique in Melbourne for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will drive sales, coach a passionate team, and ensure Chanel standards across client experience, service and operations.

You will build strong client relationships, partner with the learning team, and champion diversity and inclusion while covering trading hours.

Qualifications

Demonstrated management experience within luxury or fast-moving environment.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiasm, energy and motivation to lead a team to success.
Open-mindedness to diversity and cultural differences and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work across a roster covering the trading hours of a retail boutique.

Responsibilities

Empower the team, provide feedback and foster a culture of learning.
Partner with the learning team, coaching in client experience, sales techniques, service flows and product knowledge.
Create and maintain a strong relationship with our retail partner, striving for the best outcome for Chanel.
Role model Chanel service standards for client experience and lead by example on the selling floor.
Proactively recruit and grow a loyal client base.
