Chanel is recruiting an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager for our Fragrance and Beauty Boutique in Canberra. You will support the Boutique Manager in leading an energetic team dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences and strengthening brand leadership in the market.

In this role you will coach the Beauty Advisors, manage schedules, and contribute to achieving CRM KPIs while ensuring data accuracy and high standards of service.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in a management role in retail.
• Experience in luxury environment is preferred.
• Strong ability to coach and empower team members.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building skills.
• Professionalism and maturity in business settings.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise team performance and guide towards results.
• Provide coaching and feedback on client experience, sales techniques, and service flows.
• Partner with Learning to coach on customer experiences and product knowledge.
• Maintain CRM data and drive client loyalty KPIs.
• Manage staff schedules for floor coverage and service excellence.
