Job summary

Journey Beyond in Monarto is seeking passionate food and beverage professionals to join our Resort & Lodge team. You will deliver attentive service across a la carte dining, fine dining and bar experiences, creating memorable moments for guests.

Your days will include barista and breakfast service, function and event support, and seamless lounge interactions on a 7-day roster, including weekends and evenings. RSA certification is valued, and hotel-style service is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of guest service.
• Hotel experience with fine dining or a la carte experience is advantageous while not essential.
• Have energy and enthusiasm; your smile should say it all.
• Guest-centric approach to work.
• Availability to work a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends and evenings.
• RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain).
