Job summary

Journey Beyond is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to join Monarto Safari Resort. This hands-on role leads breakfast, lunch, dinner or function service across Kutjera Restaurant, Lounge Bar and Pool Bar, including events.

You will deliver exceptional guest service, coach teams, resolve issues professionally and ensure safety/compliance. Availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends and holidays, and an RSA certificate are required.

Qualifications

• Strong F&B skills including bar and table service.
• Passion for hospitality with commitment to guest service.
• Hotel or resort experience with fine dining or à la carte.
• Organised and high presentation standards.
• RSA certificate.
• Experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising operations in Kutjera Restaurant, Lounge Bar, Pool Bar and events.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and anticipating guest needs.
• Support and coach team members to become hospitality superstars.
• Resolve guest issues and feedback in a professional manner.
• Ensuring the safety of the team and guests and complying with policies and legislation.
