Job summary

Journey Beyond is seeking hospitality superstars to join Monarto Safari Resort and Safari Lodge, delivering high-class, personalised service to guests. You will work in a close team environment, assisting with guest needs and ensuring a memorable stay.

Your days include checking in and out guests, supporting concierge services, and addressing guest enquiries during their stay. A RSA certificate is desirable and a flexible 7-day roster is required, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a guest-centric approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sharp eye for detail; presentation should be high quality.

Responsibilities
