Job summary

Journey Beyond is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor for Monarto Safari Resort. You will lead operations across restaurant and bar outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth event service.

This hands-on role requires strong F&B skills, a commitment to high standards, and flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and holidays. RSA certification and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong food and beverage skills including bar and table service.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering the best guest service.
• Hotel experience with fine dining or a la carte experience.
• Be organized with high presentation standards.
• Availability to work flexible shift patterns across a 7 day roster, including weekends and holidays.
• RSA certificate required.
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise operations in Kutjera Restaurant, Lounge Bar, Pool Bar and events.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and anticipate guest needs.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver hospitality excellence.
• Resolve guest issues and feedback professionally.
• Ensure team and guest safety and compliance with policies.
