Job summary

Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking an energetic and passionate Assistant Manager for Event Services to lead the Event Services team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role focuses on managing operations and administration, coordinating with other hotel outlets, and ensuring the team can meet client requirements with superb service. A minimum of two years in a senior hospitality role is preferred, with strong interpersonal and trainer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience as a Team leader or an Assistant Manager in a five star hotel or large catering complex with good standards, preferably with luxury international brands

Responsibilities

• Manage the Event Services department and ensure maximum guest and colleague satisfaction
• Plan, implement and oversee all Event Service operations and admin matters
• Ensure the Event Services team is prepared to deliver client requirements with input from Event Sales
• Collaborate with Outlet teams to support hotel success and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries courteously and foster strong cross-department relationships
