Job summary

Vendito Consulting Group in Brisbane seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive relationships with luxury residential architects and designers, presenting premium products with passion. Prior experience in design/retail brands and a proven sales track record are highly valued.

The role includes a company car option, uncapped commissions, and top‑tier tech tools. You will liaise with procurement, finance and logistics to create a seamless client journey, while pursuing ambitious sales

Qualifications

Proven sales and customer service background required.
Excellent communication and computer skills essential.
Experience with high-end products in design/retail environment preferred.
Ability to build and nurture relationships with luxury clients and design professionals.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat purchases.
Coordinate with procurement, finance and warehouse to ensure a seamless client experience and sales process.
Work toward personal and team sales targets and KPI bonuses.
Conduct client outreach through appointment setting to expand reach and impact.
Demonstrate deep understanding of manufacturing processes to provide product knowledge.
Absorb a diverse range of products and continuously expand expertise.
Show genuine passion for architecture, interiors and design in client interactions.
